When making an enquiry please let me know what date you need the order for.  
Please specify at time of ordering if there are any dietary requirements as I can accommodate a number of requests.  Booking is subject to availability and confirmation.  I cannot hold a slot for you based on an enquiry only.  

I aim to honour all orders that have been confirmed.  However, if for any unforseen reason there is an issue, I will contact you as soon as possible. This rarely happens but life can be unpredictable!
